ABOUT THE COACH
Meet Halima

My name is Halima. I am a Leadership, Communication Career and Personal Development coach, certified speaker, and trainer with Maxwell Leadership Certification Programme.
Before now, I had been through challenging times in my career and most of it was because of my introverted nature, shyness and lack of confidence.
As a result, I was an easy target for some colleagues and managers (or supervisors).
So what I am about to share with you in this webinar comes from my two decades of experience working as a professional from the private to public sector. I started my career in the banking industry in 1990 and then moved to the public sector in 2003.
After which I got promoted to my first leadership role in 2006. Since then, I have had to deal with professional positioning in my career. Most of which comes from showcasing my expertise – speaking at professional gatherings and exhibiting leadership traits.
Today, my experience in strategic communication helps me make my voice heard at the workplace… Communicate in a more confidence manner to amplify my visibility and access to partnerships.
I currently help senior-level female professionals learn how to speak more confidently and communicate value at meetings (or presentations).
This allows them to position themselves for leadership roles.
